CONSULTATION

If you prefer to do your own genealogical research but have hit a "brick wall" or need advice on a problematic area, a professional consultation might help move the research forward. If you are planning to visit the Georgia Archives, let me schedule you for one or more hours and guide you to key sources and suggest new strategies for your particular ancestral problem. This service is offered by mail, phone, or in person. First, a specific description of the problem or objective is required, as well as information on the family with known vital statistics and a list of what you have already examined. There is no charge for a brief phone or email consultation of up to 10 minutes. Billable time includes time required to review and analyze your materials.
